I learned my lesson, if you happened to meet a good friend that came from abroad. Don't misuse it by sharing your attention with doing work or busy receiving calls from client.

Cause the next time you meet her, you might only could meet her in 5 minutes before she goes to airport.

Let's do it.

Weekend is supposed to be a weekend.
This Saturday I'ma drive to Jakarta and might not have time to catch a proper lunch.
So I made myself a veggie juice.

Copy a recipe from some websites.
And I found this : Green Apple Drink
Apple 1, Carrots 3, Celery 2 stalks, Spinach 1/2 cup.

Frankly, this is my 1st experience on veggie juice. Oh this should be good.

I tell you that it actuaally tasted better than it appears.
Last night was quite a torture, I went home from the office early. I had the same menu like in the picture. Salad with lemon dressing and slices of meat.
I fried the meat with olive oil, add some basil leaves and black pepper.
Nope, I didn't put any salt.

After dinner I had to continue workin on my Mother's Florist advertising graphic design.
And finished around 12 and I was hungry like reaally hungry.
I wonder if this diet worked on me. I might need to cut 7 - 8 kgs off.

Life's hard. Haha!

Luncheon Day 1 #MayoDiet

Estoy engordando y necesito ponerme en dieta.
Hoy es el primer día.. El menú para el dia 1 sera espinacas, tomatos y 2 huevos.
Pero esta noche me toca bistek con ensalada. Me parece genial...
