Having a heart that could not break.

At first when I read this twit, I almost retweeted it. How true can this be? I don't know what Will Ferrel has been thru in his life but I believe as a comedian he had through many obstacles.
Later on I think, do I really proud of my heart? Is it the one that it shouldve been proud that until now it doesn't stop beating and couldve searched for more impulse for more excitements or temptations?
My answer, my opinion would be. I am proud that somehow I chased the truth, I ran over it and dare to face it so it would be faster for me to understand and stop my battle.
I am proud that I am willing to take my step to know the process and let everything revealed by itself.
And I am proud that I survive cause I've been guided by two loving hands that never let me fall.

You are a safe player outside the field.
But when you're happened to be inside.. There goes your real character plays.

Food preparation - team work

It took like f.o.r.e.v.e.r to get all the food prepared!! hahahahaha

me, tisa, nuri finally gave our hands to help Lukman to chop, stir even Tisa should get on her knee to crunch the ingredients.

The day couldn't get any better than this!!!

We laughed hard and it felt so warm at heart.

Thursday will be a lot more amusing, i tweeted on Wednesday.

Thursday is definitely not a good day for a party.

Our mini ceramic fabric frankly is in the peak of a hecticness, we're in the middle of preparing a 4 day event, the Brightspot Market in the 28th of May til 1st of May and there are lotsaaa thing that we need to prepare, to make and to sell..

As I mentioned at the previous post, we made this meal in honor of a friend's urge to cook, also as a celebration for Anto Arief's confirmation leaving for his Mix Tape exhibition in Holland next month (Yaaaaay! ) . Kandura and Anto Arief are going to make a collaboration work on the event. Everyone is so excited and glad for the news and decided to make the lunch on Thursday.

It was being held in my aunt's ranch house.

We had set the location where would we put the table and all and we failed it for the bad weather. We knew that it'll be raining but we couldn't make any reschedule.

I'm here to send several posts about a very significant day in April.

April has always been special for the weather. I remember April in Madrid. How I really enjoy seeing people wearing colors and floral printings.

Here we don't have spring, we even could have raining season the whole year..

I'm about to share something during this mid of April.

About a friend named Lukman Gunawan who's now have a new cooking hobby (and an ability to cook..) If you speak Indonesian, click his blog here. He's a good story teller and share his thoughts towards this new thing.

We've been hanging around for most of my time here.

Mostly we meet once or twice a week just to catch up things, usually Anto Arief comes along.. Be writing about this other friend later.

There was one night, Lukman , Anto and I were having super late dimsum snacking.. Were chattering about things that we've done these several years I was away, Lukman told me that now he's into cooking for some group of friends in an open spaces. I was thrilled and wanted to know more about it then we made the plan to have this event.

Setting plans and all then all is set!

That morning, April 14 , Lukman sent me and Anto in our blackberry messenger group a very long list of food.

Appetizer :

- Salt Edamame

- Chicken & Mushroon Cream Soup

Main Courses:

-Noodle Gingered Chicken

-Turmeric Basmati Rice

-Baked Shrimp with Sundanese Sauce

-Gurame Fish Cakes served with Salsa

Dessert:

- Trifle

- Stewed Fruit with Vanilla Ice Cream

- Panna cotta with Caramel Sauce and Raspberries.

Now you know the reason why this guy's special!

This guy is nuts! Wishing Lukman more creativity and be granted with much much moreeee great mooood to cook. I'll be waiting for the call, preparing an empty stomache. :D

Be writing more about the feast. Be writing it tonight or tomorrow morning. It's Friday night, gonna have dinner out with some friends (might gonna end up with these guys again. haha! )

Didn't I Blow Your Mind This Time.... ( Didnt I ? )

Last week, a friend asked, " What's your favorite New Kids On The Block song? "

I easily answered, " Didn't I Blow Your Mind .. " then we discussed that it was a remake from an old Motown song.

The conversation continued to the " La La La Means I love You " that was also a hit by Swing Out Sister. My friend and I acknowledge that this song was also a remake, but we were confused whether it's the Stylistics or the Delfonics who produced these beautiful songs.

What makes Didn't I (Blow Your Mind) became my favorite NKOTB song?

I remember when I was in 4th grade, my brother and I got a chicken pox and we couldn't do anything instead just lying in bed and fighting over each other. Our parents were so concerned and decided to buy a NKOTB Live Video and I remember that this VHS Video was being played over and over and over again...

No, my brother and I never went to their concert, but we felt that we were.
